  • Schedule the survey and host the surveyors
  • Provide initial feedback in a debriefing meeting

POST-SURVEY
(within 28 working days)

  • Take corrective actions if any issues are identified
  • Final decision after addressing any concerns
  • Accreditation is awarded if you meet all the standards in the AAA manual

ONGOING MAINTENANCE

  • Prepare for self-assessment after 18 months
  • Prepare for re-accreditation
